Important notes

Keep these expectations clear before moving forward with auction access.

As-is purchases

Auction vehicles can involve more risk than standard inventory vehicles. Buyers should expect that condition, history, and warranty coverage may be limited.

Funds required first

Both scenarios require proof of funds or transferred funds before bidding. That should be stated clearly upfront to avoid misunderstandings later.

Fees are separate

Auction fees, dealer fees, notary/doc charges, tax, and tag fees are separate from the vehicle bid price. Make sure buyers understand the full cost structure.
